Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the specific return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your Ulefone device in its original packaging including all accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
